By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your TA77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your TA77 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally. TA77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify TA77 support immediately. TA77 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation period to protect your funds.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any TA77 content without prior written consent from TA77.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TA77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the TA77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
TA77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond TA77's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. TA77 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
TA77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their TA77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
