7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

TA77 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers engaged by TA77 to verify your identity and screen against sanctions and watchlists, as required by Philippine law.

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by Philippine AML regulations.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to two (2) years from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required for fraud investigation or legal proceedings.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years following account closure or withdrawal of consent.

When personal data is no longer required for any of the above purposes, TA77 will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

12 Children's Privacy

TA77 is strictly an adult gaming platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The minimum age to register and use TA77 is 21 years, in accordance with Philippine gaming law.

If TA77 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on TA77, please contact our support team immediately.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers
